Discovery!

As I was reading through/stalking (I don't like to miss good posts!) some blogs earlier this week I saw that Chestnut Grove Academy had posted about Halloween Books and Eats. It had Books IN THE TITLE!! Of course I read it!!

Anyway...

She mentioned reading FREE EBOOKS online... Smile... yup, she said FREE. So I followed the link to WeGiveBooks.org and she was right! Free ebooks you can read online AND they give one free paperback or hardcover book to one of their campaign partners for every book you read. It just gets better and better!

Apparently it is supported by Penguin Group which is a big-wig publishing company and Pearson Foundation, a nonprofit organization which I had never heard of before. You will notice their little button thingys have appeared at the side and bottom of my page because how can I not support an organization that gives books to needy kids?!?!
